Less Talk

My name is Shelby Scott. I am a Marine Corps veteran, husband, father and a servant - leader. My core philosophy and belief is that everyone has value and a purpose. I have been leading and inspiring men and women for nearly 25 years, both within the civilian and military sectors. I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration, and a  Bachelor's degree in business management. 

I endeavor to utilize this platform to share my life's experiences in an authentic way,  through thought-provoking reflection and conversations. I hope to use this podcast to speak my truths, inspire hope and encourage my listeners to act upon their dreams. Through this podcast , I wish to nurture the soil that brings forth healing and foster an environment of empathy that makes the world a better place to live.
